Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about ELVA.

ELVA is a new kind of learning model. One that trains human judgment and AI capability together, on real problems, with real consequences. It starts with a one-year programme in Skellefteå in autumn 2026, and grows into a two-year programme in 2027.

At ELVA, AI is woven into the work itself — not bolted on as a tool module. You'll learn to work with AI as a genuine cognitive partner: letting it carry what it's good at, and leading yourself when it falls short. We call this Hybrid Intelligence. It's not a buzzword. It's the skill we believe the next decade demands — and almost no one is teaching it properly yet.

A portfolio of real work you can point to — not grades, not a transcript. Evidence that you can navigate complexity, collaborate with AI, and make decisions that matter. You'll also leave with methods that transfer, and a network of people who hold themselves to the same standard.

This programme is for people who are tired of watching from a distance. Who want to engage with AI — not just talk about it. Who care about sustainability's real impact, not its optics. And who can handle making calls without a safety net.

It's not the right fit for people who need a clear syllabus and a guaranteed outcome. Or for people who'd rather someone else be responsible.

In-person and full-time in Skellefteå, Sweden. The first one-year programme begins in autumn 2026. Applications open March 16.

No CV. No grades. We select for curiosity, judgment, and the willingness to be accountable for what you decide. Seats are limited and we admit on a rolling basis. If this is resonating, don't wait to find out more.
