• CV/resume documents you upload
• How you heard about Elva

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Application data and uploaded documents are stored on secure servers within the EU.

We retain application data for up to 2 years after the application period ends. If you are accepted as a student, relevant data is retained for the duration of your enrollment plus any legally required retention period.

• Elva admissions and administrative staff
• Technical service providers who help us operate our systems (under strict data processing agreements)
